Etiquette

Getting around Praslin Island is easy and enjoyable, especially with your own rental car. The island is compact, but the roads are winding and scenic, so take your time and enjoy the drive. Parking is generally available near beaches and attractions, but a little local knowledge goes a long way — as tempting as the shade may look, it’s best not to park under coconut trees. Falling coconuts are no joke and can cause serious damage to your vehicle.
